Gold award achievement for receptionist Kelly

Kelly has been awarded the Accredited Veterinary Receptionist (AVR) Award. The qualification, which is run by the British Veterinary Receptionist Association and accredited by Lantra; trains veterinary receptionists in the skills, knowledge and mindsets required to contribute to the practice's overall aims of a high standard of veterinary care. Available at 3 level entries, Kelly has completed the top gold level and is already using her new knowledge and experiences to enhance the role of our reception team and her own position as Head of Reception.

Pictured below, proudly showing off her certificate and badge, Kelly is very much a people person with a long history of working in the veterinary sector with well over 25 years of experience- mostly here at Millennium. She is a familiar face to many of our clients.
