Routine house visits are available on request. In many situations, the availability of staff and facilities at the practice make it the best place to treat your pet. But if you have difficulty bringing your pet to the practice or you would prefer them to be seen in the comfort of their own home, we will always try to accommodate your request for home visits during normal hours.
Home visits may also be considered if you are having to say goodbye to your pet. For further information, please visit our 'Saying Goodbye to your Pet' page, click here.
Depending on availability our nurses can also visit your home for minor procedures such as nail clipping and dressing changes, or for behavioural or weight control advice. We can also arrange to transport your pet to and from the practice if this is difficult for you.

We regret that we will are unable to offer visits late in the day or after-hours and we would encourage you to have arrangements in place to bring your pet to the practice in these circumstances.
Please note: We see individual poultry cases (including chickens, ducks, geese etc.). Please note that we cannot provide home visits to assess the premises, and so are unable to prescribe medication for birds we have not had in for a consult. Therefore, if you have multiple birds that need to be assessed for the same problem, it may be more suitable to go to a veterinary practice that is able to provide flock visits.
