The Little Cabin has been designated as a quiet area to give our clients bereavement support. This can be at any stage of this upsetting time e.g. prior to decisions being made about plans for your pet, private hand overs of your pet's ashes or later on if you should need further support.
In some cases it may be possible for the vet to use this room when we are putting your pet to sleep. Each case is considered individually and we will do everything we can to make you and your pet comfortable at this sad time.
We have a number of staff who have further training in bereavement and support our Bereavement Support Advisor, Tracey Edwards.
Tracey is an experienced pet owner first and foremost as well as a member of our veterinary receptionist team. She extends her support to any client in need and believes this is one of the most crucial times when decision making can be made more difficult during these upsetting times.
You can email Tracey direct on: support@millenniumvets.co.uk
